Yep there are no limits, if you imagine it we'll create it. As many design requests and revisions as you need.

We work on one active project at a time and move straight on to the next once signed off — that’s how we keep quality high and turnarounds quick.

We know what we're good at and what we are not. We don’t handle coding, video editing, complex motion graphics, or deep copywriting. But we can design visuals, storyboards, thumbnails, or templates ready for your dev, video, or content team.

In short Yes!!

Our unlimited plans are designed to build from an already established brand identity. Therefore you need to have your brand house in order first.

This means that you will ideally have:

• Your brands logo files (including a vector .eps or ai version) ,

• Have a clearly defined audience persona

• Some kind of brand guidelines document.

If you don't have one or all of these 3 things yet in place or looking to rebrand we have various brand and identity packages available.

For most designs you can expect a first draft within 48 hours, depending on the complexity. Larger projects (like brochures or guidelines) may take a little longer, but we’ll keep you updated every step. The speed of feedback and revisions will dictate how quickly your project will get signed off and able to start the next.

No faceless freelancers here. You’ll work directly with BrandStorm’s senior design team — led by Rob Fryer, with 20+ years’ experience in brand strategy and design for some of the UK’s most ambitious brands including M&S, Haleon and IRIS Software.

Yep when we say unlimited we mean it.

Leave revision comments in your Trello workflow, and we update the design accordingly. Unlimited revisions mean we’ll refine until you’re 100% happy before moving onto the next task — no extra costs, no attitude. We will contact you if we require any clarification.

Everything runs continuously. There’s no “use it or lose it” model — you simply queue up future jobs and tick them off one at a time. We focus on output and value, not counting tickets. You will have a monthly job board in Trello so if you know you have an event coming up you can schedule this work in advance.

You can move the order of jobs in Trello based on priority and flag a job as urgent. If you have a tight deadline, let us know and we’ll always do our best to deliver ASAP for when you need it.

Always - it's how we guarantee our 100% brand consistency. Don't have guidelines? - we’ll help you create them (included in Unlimited PLUS plan) if you don’t already have any. Every asset we produce will align with your fonts, colours, tone, and visual identity.

Most unlimited design service providers such as Design Pickle and Design Cloud are good but churn out a wide range of graphics and multimedia content at speed. If you want this, why not go check them out.
